Corinne’s Creative Kitchen produces Asian dishes to authentic home recipes. We work with flavour in our kitchen. Our products are completely natural using the best quality local ingredients with no additives or preservatives and produced in small batches. Our spices mainly come from India. We are quite fussy about this as we try to recreate the exotic flavours, the essence of Indian home food.
Indian dishes, snacks and a few sauces and pickles are our main products but we also supply a small selection of Thai dishes and new from 2014, we have a Mediterranean range.
Living in the Garden of England, we are almost obliged to produce some chutneys and jams from the local fruit in the gardens around us. But once again, we like the exotic, so our Damson with Tamarind & Juniper Berries, Raspberry Rave Chutney and Angels and Devils get a lot of approval and interest from our very discerning customers. Our home-made Indian Mustard and Horseradish Mustard, new since Christmas 2013 are also in great demand.
We run cookery classes, cater for weddings and parties large and small, provide our packaged dishes to shops and direct to the public and we attend various food festivals and events around Kent.
We have had the great pleasure and pride of receiving the KENT ARTISAN FOOD PRODUCER AWARD. We have also been featured in the Campaign to Protect Rural England publication as our meats, vegetables etc. are bought from local farmers and farm shops. And we won a Gold Star GREAT TASTE award for our PANEER WITH MUSHROOMS & PEPPERS.
