Wild Bread is an artisan micro-bakery based in Faversham. We are passionate about hand crafted naturally leavened bread, made using traditional artisan techniques. This is real bread made with wild yeasts and 3 simple ingredients, flour, water and salt.
The long, slow rise given to these breads greatly enhance the flavour, keeping the quality, digestion and nutritional value of the bread. The flour we use is certified organic and there are absolutely no hidden additives or dough improvers.
We always have tasters available at the stall and we love to talk about real bread, so pop along and see us for a munch and a chat!
