Faversham Charter Market is held around the Guildhall in the Market Place (ME13 7AG) and along Court Street (ME13 7AL). The market is held every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and is open for trading between 08:30 & 15:00 on Tuesday and between 09:00 & 16:00 on Friday & Saturday. The market is closed to traffic on Friday and Saturday between 10:00 & 16:00.
Best of Faversham Market
The Best of Faversham Arts, Crafts and Food Market is held in either the Market Place or Preston Street Faversham (ME13 8NY). The market is held on the first and third Saturday of each month and is open for trading between 09:00 and 15:00. The market is closed to traffic between 10:00 and 16:00.
Faversham Antiques & Vintage Market
Faversham Antiques & Vintage Market is held in Court Street and Faversham Market Place. The market is held on the first Sunday of every month except September (this year there will be an additional Antiques Market on 27th August instead). The market is open from 8am until 3pm. Faversham Town
As well as our bustling weekly and monthly markets, Faversham centre is full of independent shops, businesses and places to eat and drink.
After a mooch around our markets, why not stop off for a spot of shopping at one of the many events hosted at The Alexander Centre, then lunch at the Creek Creative Gallery or one of the many gastro pubs in town. Spend the afternoon going on one of the town’s many beautiful walks taking in the creek side, nature reserves or Saxon Shoreway. Or pay a visit to the famous independent Royal Cinema or the Fleur de Lis Museum.
Trains To Faversham
Faversham is on the main railway line from London to Canterbury, Dover and Ramsgate, with most services running every half hour. Car Parking In Faversham
Free daytime two-hour on-street parking is available in St John’s Road, St Mary’s Road, Park Road, William Street, Chapel Street and Church Road.
There is one-hour free parking in Abbey Street and half-hour free parking in Court Street, West Street and Preston Street. Belvedere Road has no parking restrictions.
However, be aware that all these streets are residential and are more likely to have available spaces during Monday to Friday than at weekends.

Faversham Market Co-operative Ltd is a not-for-profit limited company whose permanent traders can become shareholders within the business. The Co-operative consists of unpaid directors (the board), an employed, part-time manager and a small team of part-time helpers.
Faversham Market is managed by licence on behalf of Swale Borough Council.
